I just want to ask everyone to keep me and my family in your prayers. I am so lost and utterly broken. I am not ready to share all the details, but just PRAY PLEASE!!!
My thoughts and prayers are with you and you family. Find comfort in the Lord, for he is always with you and knows everything about you. I can't even imagine what you are going through and my heart goes out to you. God bless, Callie
Dear Jackie: We are praying for you at this time of mourning. We can't even begin to imagine what you and your family must be feeling and what you are going through right this minute.........But our precious Lord knows exactly what you are going through. He knows better than anyone else. We will pray that God comforts you through this time of great loss. We had two friends who lost their 16 year olds and they were close to our family. It was devastating. Our friends told us, that they never experienced a greater pain and void in all their lives. They stayed close to Jesus, their family in Christ. We will be praying for all of your family. We love the picture of Austin. Now he is in the arms of Jesus. May God wrap His loving arms around you now in Jesus's name and give you His peace through this. May He uphold you. In our prayers, Cindy and Ken
"God blesses the people who patiently endure testing. Afterward they will recieve the crown of life that God has promised to those who love them." James 1:12
"You therefore must endure hardship as a good soilder of Jesus Christ." 2 Timothy 2:3
"And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not" Galatians 6:9
"And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perverence; and perserverance, character; and character, hope." Romans 5:3-4
Jackie, I believe, and know that God will give you perverence that will bring your weary soul soaring over the storm of your life through Christ's strength. Remember when the disciples had fear during their rowing in the Sea of Galiea. A storm arose, the waters roared, and raged, and thunder boomed abrubtly in their ears, overwhelming them with fear. Everywhere from their boat, nothing was in peace except the One who was sleeping soundlessly in the boat. In midst of the storm, they found peace only in Jesus. However, they only asked, "Save us from being perished in this storm" Not for peace, but just make the problem go away. To the awesome power of Christ, the water shuddered, and became still. The dark, vicious clouds dispersed, revealing the blue, clear sky.
They were amazed, and saw the problem disappear, but probably didn't know how Jesus could even have peace during the storm. Jesus trusted in our Heavenly Father to take care of us, but not the disciples. Our peace is found with trust in Christ, and the Heavenly Father that will can endure the piercing rain of our storms in life.
"I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me" Phillipians 4:13
Hello Jackie. I am so sorry to hear about your loss of one so dear, young, and close in your heart. I will be praying for you and your family...
Lord, prayers lifted for Jackie and her family during this season of mourning. The loss left by a loved one Lord, only you are able to heal with time. Lord, we ask that You surround this family in love and rain Your peace down upon them...as they continue to press on. Lord, may it be Your strength that carries this family through this season.
I am so sorry about your son. My heart hurts for you for what you must be going through. Just remember God is going through it with you.
The LORD is near to those who have a broken heart, And saves such as have a contrite spirit.
Psalm 34:18
Stay close to Him is all I can think to say. I lost both of my parents and I wish I would have, but instead I went the opposite way for a long time and tried to escape my pain.
I am so very sorry to hear of your loss of your precious little one. God is great and worthly to be praise, so we thank him even in the mist of your pain that he will lift and strengthen you at this time. He loves us all, we are all his, even the babies. God bless you sister.
